An American study has found that if you eat chocolate you are less likely to die of heart disease or some forms of cancer than if you didn't eat chocolate.
However, consuming 6 multi-packs of Mars bars, 5 Snickers and 4 tubs of Heroes every day is probably over doing it! More is not necessarily good in this instance as sugar and fat issues may come into play. More research needed here.
For the moment, as a mild chocoholic, I'll take all the support I can get for my addiction.
