Indian man jailed for 14 months for distribution of child sex abuse images.
Problem.
UK Courts rule he can't be deported because he'd miss his kids and he's entitled to a " private and family life" ( according to European Convention on Human Rights - Article 8 )
Won't he miss them doing 14 months in jail?
Solution.
Send him back to his homeland with his kids then they can be together.
I guess it's not that easy!
However, if you commit a crime against society, regardless of ethnicity etc, etc surely you're rejecting the norms of that society and you are waiving your rights.
