Sorry for my concentration upon the Russia-Ukraine conflict recently but is the existence of rare earth minerals in Ukraine the main underlying reason Donald Trump wants to be at the forefront of peace negotiations?

Remember, he wants Riveria Gaza and Greenland in the USA property portfolio. Lookout Canada and Mexico!

Acquisitions in general seem to be on his agenda.
